Texas – Japan Connection

Tsuyoshi Sato came in today, was happy to see our Texas flag. Tsuyoshi-san lived and studied briefly in Ennis, Texas, when he was 19. More about Ennis here.As a boy, I lived very close to Ennis, in Irving, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, until the end of grade school. Then Tsuyoshi-san showed me this bodacious belt buckle, Given to him by a friend down south. すばらしいベルトバックル!
Tsuyoshi-san ordered not one, but two servings of espresso. That’s how we do it in Texas!
